These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl95 ("jl95," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl95 online gaming platform available at https://jl95.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not have had a previous jl95 account terminated for cause.

jl95 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access real-money gaming features on jl95, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jl95. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jl95 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Anti-Money Laundering: jl95 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. jl95 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder. • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including sharing hand information in live poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any player who discovers a bug or error must report it to jl95 support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward jl95 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Creating or using a jl95 account on behalf of a third party without their explicit written consent and jl95's prior approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

jl95's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl95 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl95 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl95's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl95 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an account on jl95, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl95 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), subject to appropriate data protection agreements. Personal data may also be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies where required by applicable law.

Termination by jl95: jl95 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jl95 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order. In the event of termination for cause, jl95 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your account. Real-money deposits may be returned at jl95's discretion following completion of any applicable investigation.

Termination by Player: You may close your jl95 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Complaints: If you have a complaint regarding the jl95 Platform or any game outcome, you must submit your complaint to jl95's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

jl95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl95 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the jl95 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
